Roles and Responsibilities Relationship Manager - Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships and acquire new customers. Promote and cross-sell banking products such as CASA, loans, insurance, and investment products. Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Ensure KYC compliance, handle customer portfolio management, and coordinate onboarding. Assess customer background and risk using CIBIL, CRILC, and Account Aggregator tools. Conduct property and collateral verification using Proplegit for home loans. Visit accounts in SMA 0, 1, and 2 categories along with the collection officer. Product Specialist (Trade Finance) - Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for trade finance customers in the region. Facilitate onboarding of new trade finance clients in compliance with regulatory policies. Provide expertise on letters of credit (LCs), bank guarantees, documentary bills collection, trade loans, and export/import financing. Cross-sell cash management, foreign exchange, and treasury solutions. Evaluate creditworthiness and assess risks associated with trade finance transactions. Oversee preparation and verification of trade finance documents for accuracy and compliance. Assist internal and external auditors during trade finance reviews. Mobile Inspector of Branches - Key Responsibilities Verify that branch activities comply with the bank's internal policies, RBI regulations, and statutory requirements. Check compliance with KYC and AML norms and scrutinise cash transactions for irregularities. Examine loan and advance portfolios, verify cash balance and vault holdings. Identify operational, credit, trade finance, and compliance risks; check for fraud-prone areas. Inspect pledged/mortgaged security items such as gold and title deeds, and verify CCTV/alarm/fire safety systems. Prepare detailed inspection reports covering observations, irregularities, risks, and recommendations.
