Candidates who are appearing for the qualifying exam, awaiting results, or who do not possess mark sheets and degree/diploma certificate (provisional or final) are not eligible. Candidates who have previously been engaged as apprentices or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training at New Mangalore Port Authority (NMPA) or elsewhere under the Apprentices Act, 1961/Apprentices Amendment Act, 1973 are not eligible. All specified qualifications must be recognized by the concerned university and Board of Technical Education. It will be terminated upon completion of one year.
