| Description | Must-have Skills • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI. • 0–2 years of post-qualification experience. • Strong conceptual understanding of: • Accounting standards • GST and TDS • Financial statements and internal controls • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting systems. • Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (lookups, pivots, reconciliations). • High attention to detail, ownership, and execution discipline. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Good-to-have Skills • Exposure to startups, fintech, NBFCs, or regulated environments. • Prior experience in audit, tax, or controllership roles. • Experience preparing Excel-based MIS and reconciliations. • Familiarity with Tally and multi-system data reconciliation. • Comfort interacting with auditors, consultants, and senior stakeholders. |
