Education and Experience Required • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores. • 1-2 years of total experience (Preferably in payroll) Knowledge and Skills Required • Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes. • Strong analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams • Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility. |
