| Description | Job description Job descriptionPosition: SAP Finance Executive (Sales, Purchase & Accounting Entries)Location: ChennaiExperience Required: 2 to 5 yearsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA FinanceJob SummaryWe are hiring an SAP Accounts Executive with 2 years of experience in handling Sales, Purchase, and Accounting entries in SAP FI/MM/SD modules. The candidate should be proficient in day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, reconciliations, and SAP financial postings.Key Responsibilities:-Sales (SD) AccountingPost sales invoices using SAP SD.Process PGI (Post Goods Issue) and associated accounting entries.Reconcile customer ledgers and assist in collection follow-up.Coordinate with the Sales team for billing corrections.Purchase (MM) AccountingProcess MIGO (Goods Receipt) and MIRO (Vendor Invoice) entries.Perform 2-way / 3-way matching of PO, GR & Invoice.Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.Verify GST inputs on vendor invoices.General Ledger & FinancePost journal entries (FB50), adjustments, and month-end closing.Perform bank reconciliation, GR/IR reconciliation & stock accounting.Support audit requirements and provide necessary data.Ensure compliance with GST and TDS rules.Required SkillsHands-on experience with SAP FI/MM/SD transaction codes:MIRO, MIGO, FB60, FB70, F-28, F-53, VF01, FBL1N, FBL5N, MB5BStrong understanding of AP / AR / GL, GR/IR, and COGS entries.Good knowledge of GST, TDS & basic accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting).Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting).Good communication and analytical skills.Regards,GeerthikaHr-Team9884453009geerthika@gsquarehousing.comRole: Finance ExecutiveIndustry Type: Real Estate Department: Finance & AccountingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: FinanceEducationUG: Any Graduate |
