The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to the customers while ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform background verification checks such as through online systems and emails Review and validate documents submitted by candidates for authenticity and completeness Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and institutions via email and internal portals.
