| Description | Job Description: Secondary Hindi Teacher School Name: Orchids The International School Grade: Secondary Section (Grade 6 to 10) Subject: Hindi Location: SUS Road, Pune Key Responsibilities: Teach Hindi to secondary classes (Grades 610) as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum guidelines. Prepare structured lesson plans and academic schedules. Develop students’ grammar, literature, writing, and comprehension skills. Conduct assessments, tests, and examinations and evaluate student performance. Prepare students for Grade 10 board examinations. Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment. Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools (smart boards, PPTs, etc.). Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and academic planning. Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and reports. Eligibility & Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hindi or relevant subject. B.Ed mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of secondary teaching experience preferred. Strong command over Hindi (written & spoken). Good communication skills in Hindi. Skills Required: Strong subject knowledge and classroom management. Experience in board exam preparation (preferred). Student-focused teaching approach. Proficiency in using educational technology. Salary: As per industry standards |
