| Description | Job description We pursued Model N to specifically discuss the opportunity to help them grow young talent to support their Model N platform as it is a very finite talent group. They have a business services team they are building in India that services their mid to smaller size orgs, but they have struggled with hiring and training talent. They are looking at Crew Offshore as an option to help them hire and train Model N specific talent, which requires domain and tech training. There are three main areas this cohort of 12 will support: Government Pricing, Medicaid, and Commercial. The characteristics required for each role are the same - the 'Specific Team Requirements' and 'Additional Details' sections will help recruiters determine which role their candidates are the best fit for. Medicaid Team Specific Responsibilities: Ensure Medicaid and state program claims are processed and paid within mandated 38-day timelines Conduct data entry and internet searches associated with various process streams Perform variance testing of invoice data and research test failures Perform analysis of script level data to resolve a dispute or potential dispute Work with clients and states to file or resolve disputed rebate units Ensure the accuracy of results based on the analysis associated with the invoice data Prepare payment packages and quarterly client deliverables Assist in managing ongoing client relationships and interface with clients to resolve specific issues Support ongoing software product testing Continually strive to improve our business services processes and programs to enhance operational efficiency Key Characteristics Inquisitive, curious, investigator always looking to understand the deeper why behind a problem or process, leveraging resources to identify answers independently Adaptable – willing and able to manage constantly changing business needs, processes, new clients, etc. High aptitude for picking up new skills – particularly niche tools & technology Action-oriented – identifying opportunities and pursuing next steps of a task or process without constant direction Logical thinker, problem-solver, highly analytical – can explain thought processes, ask questions to get to the next step Confident – comfortable speaking up in meetings to clarify assigned tasks, ask questions, share feedback Demonstrates Client-facing professionalism and polish – clear communication, client-first mindset Required skills & experience BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 6 months - 2 years' experience working with data (managing/processing data in analytical or operational role) Prior experience or high degree of interest in pharmaceutical industry Comfortable working with and understanding large sets of data Data storytelling abilities from data cleansing and reconciliation, to reporting and dashboard creation Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail Research and analysis - ability to communicate what’s been found in data while processing Proficient in MS Excel – vlookups, pivot tables, etc. |
