| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Direct Patient Care & Treatment: Provide immediate first aid, emergency care, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses. Health Surveillance & Screening: Conduct pre-employment physicals, routine health screenings, and annual check-ups to monitor employee health. Safety & Injury Prevention: Identify, evaluate, and help mitigate potential workplace hazards in collaboration with safety engineers. Case Management & Documentation: Manage worker compensation cases, maintain accurate and confidential medical records, and follow up on employee health progress. Health Education & Training: Organize and conduct training sessions on topics such as ergonomics, safety protocols, and wellness programs. Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements. Referrals: Refer employees to specialists for further diagnosis and treatment when necessary. Preferred candidate profile ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing Valid Nursing Council Registration Knowledge of occupational health & safety Good communication and emergency handling skills |
