Collection Efficiency: Ensure high portfolio quality by managing repayments and conducting follow-ups to minimize delinquency. Preferred candidate profile: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 0-1 years of experience, ideally in microfinance, banking, or rural sales. Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a willingness to work in rural, field-based environments. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned rural areas. |
