The role involves end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals while working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and quality hiring. **Roles & Responsibilities** • Recruit US healthcare professionals including Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health, Technicians, and Therapists • Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding • Source candidates through job portals, ATS, internal databases, and social media platforms • Contact candidates via calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews • Verify licenses, certifications, and required credentials • Negotiate pay rates and close candidates • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates • Work closely with team leads and managers to meet hiring goals **Requirements** • 3+ years of exclusive US Healthcare recruitment experience OR • 4+ years of US recruitment experience with at least 2 years in US Healthcare roles • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Experience with US healthcare job portals and ATS systems • Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) • Willingness to work night shift |
