Job Description: Accounts Executive Role Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of payments, reconciliations, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards. Process expense vouchers and vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors after proper verification and approvals. Pass appropriate accounting entries based on invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents. Perform party ledger reconciliation and other assigned reconciliations on a regular basis. Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Assist in fund management activities to ensure optimal cash flow. Prepare TDS workings and support timely statutory compliance. Validate purchase registers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Conduct data analysis and prepare periodic financial and management reports. Support audits and provide required documentation as and when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience in handling accounts payable and reconciliations. Familiarity with TDS provisions and basic statutory compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience Freshers Note: This position is strictly open to freshers with an accounting background (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).
