Key Responsibilities Process Design Optimization: Develop, analyze, and optimize production processes from conceptual design through startup. Technical Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring deliverables meet specifications, codes, and budgetary requirements. Team Supervision: Mentor junior engineers, assign tasks, and review engineering work, including calculations and drawings. Operational Support: Audit production lines, troubleshoot operational issues (RCA), and implement Lean manufacturing initiatives. Project Management: Define scope, schedule resources, and manage vendor/contractor offers (TBE - Technical Bid Evaluation).
