The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Apprenticeship opportunities are also available for freshers looking to start their career in customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chat depending on the process. Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively. Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with customers. Document interactions and update internal systems accurately. Follow standard procedures and meet quality & productivity targets. Collaborate with team members and escalate cases when necessary.
