| Description | Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-level solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for implementing best practices, in-depth knowledge of secure and optimized coding, and excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Design & Development: Design, code, and customize Dynamics 365 application modules using C# .NET, X++, and JavaScript, adhering to SOLID principles and reusability. Best Practices Implementation: Ensure all development adheres to Microsoft best practices for D365, including using early-bound types, optimized plugin execution (under 2 seconds), and proper usage of the X++ framework or Dataverse SDK. Secure Coding: Build, audit, and maintain secure, in-built security within customizations (role-based access, field-level security) to protect data integrity. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks, including optimizing SQL queries, fetchXML, and batch jobs. System Integration: Develop seamless integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems/Azure services (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Dataverse). ALM & DevOps: Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical design specifications. Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards and best practices. Required Technical Expertise Dynamics 365: Extensive experience in D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or Finance & Operations (ERP) customization, configuration, and extension. Languages: Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript. If F&O, strong X++ experience is required. Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Data & API: Strong SQL skills, data migration experience, and working with OData/REST APIs. Tools: Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and LCS (for F&O). Soft Skills & Other Requirements Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure scenarios. Analytical Thinking: Highly detail-oriented with a focus on reusability and scalability. "Good to Have" / Preferred Skills Microsoft Certification: Dynamics 365 F&O/CE Developer Associate. Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus). Familiarity with Power BI. Education achelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field |
