Role Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in the FinTech / Financial Services domain to play a strategic advisory and technical leadership role. The ideal candidate will design, govern, and guide scalable Salesforce-based solutions while remaining hands-on with complex configurations, custom development, and integrations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, architectural thinking, and the ability to align business goals with technical execution.


Key Responsibilities:


Advisory & Architecture


Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Define end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce and integrated third-party platforms.

Drive architecture reviews, best practices, and governance aligned with enterprise and FinTech compliance standards.

Provide thought leadership on platform scalability, security, performance, and data strategy.

Salesforce & Platform Expertise


Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

Architect and integrate B2B Marketing Automation using Pardot (Account Engagement) with Sales Cloud and FSC.

Lead solution design using Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled) with minimal code where possible.

Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom frameworks for complex business requirements.

Integrations & Events


Architect and implement enterprise-grade integrations using REST and event-driven patterns.

Hands-on experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) events, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.

Ensure secure, scalable, and performant data exchange across systems.

Third-Party Tools & Ecosystem


Design and integrate DocuSign for digital document generation and e-signature workflows.

Lead RingCentral CTI integration for omnichannel communications and call-center enablement.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Leadership & Delivery


Mentor developers and consultants, perform design and code reviews.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Security teams across the delivery lifecycle.

Support release planning, CI/CD, and environment management.



Domain & Soft Skills


Strong FinTech / Financial Services domain knowledge.

Ability to engage at CXO / senior stakeholder level as an advisor.

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Salary 25-40 Lacs P.A.
