Monitor vital signs, ventilator management, and critical care procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists and nursing staff. Respond promptly to medical emergencies and ensure patient stabilization. Casualty Doctors (Emergency Department): Provide immediate medical attention to emergency and trauma patients. Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on severity. Diagnose and manage acute medical conditions and injuries. Coordinate with specialists for further treatment and admission. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation. Qualifications & Requirements: MBBS with relevant experience in ICU/MICU/Emergency Medicine. ACLS/BLS certification preferred. Valid medical registration/license. Strong clinical decision-making and emergency handling skills. Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure environments. |
