| Description | We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Plant Machinery & Utilities operations across OSD, Sterile, and Ointment manufacturing blocks. The candidate should have strong expertise in engineering strategy, compliance, and cost optimization, with proven leadership in pharmaceutical plant operations. Role & responsibilities 1. Candidate will be responsible for engineering strategy in Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation. 2. Candidate will be responsible for preventive & routine maintenance, critical spares tracking. 3. Candidate will be responsible for sourcing machines, tooling, consumables & vendor coordination. 4. Candidate will be responsible for installation & commissioning of boilers, fire detection systems, PLCs & plant machinery. 5. Candidate will be responsible for AMC management, calibration, validation & GMP/21 CFR compliance. 6. Candidate will be responsible for training engineering teams and driving energy/cost-saving initiatives. 7. Candidate will be responsible for electrical liaisoning for HT/LT & solar systems with licensing. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should be B. Tech Electrical Engineering and 18+ Years of experience in Formulation OSD / Sterile & Ointment Plant. 2. Candidate should have a strong Knowledge of maintenance, commissioning, compliance & team leadership. 3. Candidate should have strong knowledge of preventive & routine maintenance, critical spares tracking. 4. Candidate should have good experience in handling electrical systems and statutory compliance. 5. Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in handling team development and efficiency improvement programs. |
