| Description | Role & responsibilities Open Positions PPRT / PRT / TGT / PGT Teachers (All Subjects) Behavioral Counsellor Child Psychology (Student Mental Health) Primary Responsibilities – Teaching Staff Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per curriculum guidelines. Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies. Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress. Prepare assignments, worksheets, and evaluation materials. Provide timely feedback to students and parents. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic planning. Support holistic development of students (academic, behavioural, emotional). Primary Responsibilities – Behavioral Counsellor Provide emotional and behavioural support to students. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions. Identify students facing behavioural, emotional, or developmental challenges. Work closely with teachers and parents for student wellbeing. Maintain counselling records and intervention plans. Promote mental health awareness and preventive programmes. Qualifications Teaching Positions Relevant Graduation / Post-Graduation in subject. B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT / equivalent teaching qualification (as applicable). Prior school teaching experience preferred. Behavioral Counsellor Master’s degree in Psychology / Child Psychology / Clinical Psychology. Relevant counselling experience in school setting preferred. Skills Required Strong subject knowledge and teaching ability. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Classroom management and student engagement skills. Empathy, patience, and student-centric approach. Basic IT / MS Office proficiency. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred candidate profile CBSE curriculum experience. Experience handling diverse learners. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. |
