Description	A Bit About Us Virtuoso's mission is to enable and lead the world's quality-first revolution The field of QA has not kept pace with the software industry's transition to CI/CD We are fixing that, Virtuoso has reimagined how software is tested by developing a game-changing platform that is already being used by the biggest names in software We passionately believe that anyone should be able to create and maintain tests regardless of their technical skill, and that quality is a key driver for change and growth The latest advances in AI and Machine Learning have been leveraged to produce test automation software that thinks like a human, empowers everyone to test, and for the first time delivers on the promise of codeless test automation Achieving remarkable success has become a business-as-usual activity for us and we need to rapidly expand our team for that to continue to increase Want to join the quality-first revolutionThen read on, A company without borders with employees that make an impact worldwide, with offices and a remote team spread across the globe The nature of our product is reflected in our thorough and agile culture We do the right things fast and our application process is no different We want exceptional people and we will act to get them, About The Role As the CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and driving strategic financial decisions Your role will be crucial in guiding the company through its next stage of growth, including future fundraising efforts, scaling operations, and expanding our market reach, You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to shape the financial strategy, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support the companys long-term objectives, Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership: Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights and guidance to support business decisions, Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives, ensuring long-term financial health and sustainability, Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals, Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead the companys fundraising efforts, including preparing financial models, pitches, and investor materials, Manage relationships with existing investors and engage with potential new investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication, Oversee financial due diligence processes, ensuring the company is well-prepared for audits and investor scrutiny, Growth & Expansion Support the companys global expansion efforts by developing financial models and strategies that account for scaling in different markets, Provide financial oversight for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, including valuation, negotiation, and integration, Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration, Work closely with HR and operations to ensure financial alignment with talent acquisition, compensation, and global workforce management, What We Would Like To See In You Financial Acumen: Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a deep understanding of SaaS business models, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability, Global Financial Operations: Experience managing financial operations for a company with a global footprint, including multi-currency accounting and international compliance, Knowledge of UK financial regulations and standards, with the ability to navigate complex legal and tax environments, Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in raising capital at the Series A or Series B stage, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors, Strong network of investor contacts and experience managing investor relations, Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels, Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail, capable of turning data into actionable insights, Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and anticipate future challenges and opportunities, Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
