Good communication skills Ability to lead client meetings Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of Cloud based enterprise applications for a variety of clients including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements Assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies Lead client facing meetings Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories |
