| Description | What You'll Bring • Master’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or an MBA is a plus • A minimum of 7 years related finance experience • Good understanding & experience of working with finance systems (Oracle/SAP, BIR data universe, etc.) • Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholders • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues through thoughtful analysis • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to add value and take ownership in a leadership-facing role • Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset with a passion for team-oriented work • Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a global, matrixed organization |
