Description	We are looking for a Web Developer (PHP) with 2+ years of experience, with a primary focus on website development for the Marketing team. This role involves building, customizing, and maintaining high-quality, conversion-focused websites that support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Develop and maintain websites for marketing campaigns, landing pages, and corporate websites. Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to implement UI/UX designs, mockups, and wireframes. Build dynamic, responsive websites using PHP and related web technologies. Write clean, structured, and reusable code following web development best practices. Optimize websites for performance, SEO readiness, responsiveness, and security. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain existing websites and databases. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Improve and enhance existing websites based on marketing and business requirements. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery Hands-on experience with the Laravel framework Good knowledge of MySQL, database design, and query optimization Experience with version control systems (Git) Solid understanding of web architecture, REST APIs, and web services Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of Python (scripting or backend support) Experience working with international clients or global projects Prior experience in a web development agency Familiarity with SEO best practices and marketing tools Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates who have developed websites for clients outside India Experience handling multiple client websites in an agency setup Ability to deliver quality work with fast turnaround timelines
