Eligibility Criteria Qualifications: Candidates must possess an MBBS Degree. Essential Qualifications: Registration certificate from the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council is mandatory. Desirable: Experience is given preference for most posts. Experience: For the Physician (NCD) post, a minimum of 02 years of experience is mandatory. Experience certificates from registered hospitals/nursing homes/institutions are required. Salary/Stipend The remuneration is a fixed honorarium. Woman Medical Officer (LMO): INR 1,00,000 per month. Medical Officer (NUHM): INR 80,000 per month + PBI INR 20,000. Physician (NCD): INR 1,00,000 per month. Child Health Medical Officer (SNCU): INR 1,00,000 per month. EMO (DHS): INR 1,00,000 per month. Age Limit The maximum age limit is 65 years (availing all relaxations). Age calculation date is mentioned in the application form as December 11, 2025. Selection Process Selection is based on a Document Verification Process (DVP) and interview/walk-in. Candidates must be physically present for the DVP at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Bahraich on the specified date. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for attending the DVP/interview. The selection process will follow the reservation policy implemented by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. General Information/Instructions The posts are purely on a contractual basis for one financial year (until March 31, 2026) and there is no claim for permanent absorption. The contract may be extended subject to approval. The number of vacant posts may change at any level of the recruitment process. The District Health Society / NHM, U.P. reserves the right to terminate the contract with one month's notice or salary in lieu of notice if any adverse facts are found.
