| Description | Position Details Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Responsibilities and RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business goals. Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and cost structures. Create dashboards and management presentations with key financial metrics. Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability trends. Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process. Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper financial documentation. Assist with audits, compliance, and internal controls. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CA/CFA is a plus). 36 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance. Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial tools or ERP systems is preferred. Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools. Knowledge of MS Excel, Accounting Tools like QuickBooks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
