Job Summary:


We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong hands-on Power BI development experience to support our Transformation function. The role involves designing interactive dashboards, performing detailed data analysis, and converting complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modeling, with experience working on enterprise-level Power BI projects. This is a hands-on development role focused on driving data-informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive Power BI dashboards using Power Query, DAX, visualizations, and data modeling
Design and maintain scalable data models for reporting
Understand and work with ETL processes across data platforms
Gather data from multiple internal and external sources
Cleanse, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Analyze datasets using statistical and visualization techniques
Translate complex findings into clear, non-technical insights for stakeholders
Create business reports and dashboards for various teams
Provide actionable insights based on empirical data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transformation initiatives
Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development
Expertise in DAX and M Query coding
Proficiency in Power Query, Data Modeling, and Visualizations
Strong knowledge of SQL
Experience in dashboard development and data visualization
Understanding of ETL concepts and data workflows
Basic knowledge of Python
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience is required.
Advanced MS Excel skills
Salary 8-18 Lacs P.A.
