| Description | Job description Roles and Responsibilities Perform breakdown analysis to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Conduct predictive maintenance activities such as condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and oil analysis to prevent equipment failures. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and other plant assets. Troubleshoot issues related to machine operation, identifying solutions using problem-solving techniques like 7QC tools. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes by minimizing downtime due to equipment failure. Good knowldge of Fabrcation work Beasic knowlege of Electrical Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE). Strong understanding of machine maintenance principles including breakdown analysis, corrective/predictive maintenance practices. |
