| Description | Job description Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for Chemical manufacturing using PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and other relevant tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement through debottlenecking studies and implement changes to increase efficiency. Develop scale-up plans for new products or processes, ensuring successful technology transfer from lab to commercial production. Provide technical services such as line sizing, equipment selection, and process optimization to support business growth. Knowledge and experience in PSSR, PKM, MOC, etc Inspecting Erection & commissioning work of various Equipment's. Job Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in the Chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty Chemical, etc. industry. Strong understanding of process design principles, including PID control systems and instrumentation. Experience with debottlenecking studies to improve process efficiency and reduce costs. Proven ability to develop effective scale-up strategies for new products or technologies. |
