Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive - Payroll Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Gurugram Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream/ Post Graduate (MBA) preferred Experience: 2-5 Years Key Responsibilities: Handling invoice booking and reconciliation as per GL-wise accounting. Processing CTC-based reimbursements including bill verification and payment processing. Assisting in Full & Final (F&F) settlements processing, validation, and payment. Managing year-end payroll activities such as Investment Declarations, Proof Verification, and Form 16 issuance. Preparing MIS reports for management including Headcount and Salary Cost Variance analysis. Preparing Salary Journal Vouchers (JV). Preparing bank advice for salary disbursement. Supporting internal and external audit requirements and resolving audit queries. Managing other payroll and finance-related activities as assigned. .
