| Description | Qualification & Experience: For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience – Essential Qualification – • MBBS/BDS/Nursing/BHMS/BAMS graduate with Full time Master’s/ Post Graduate in Public Health/Community Health/Hospital Administration/Health Administration Roles & Responsibilities: The expected roles of the incumbent are summarised below – 1. Support in conduct of the national level assessments in the allocated states from receipt of application till result declaration. 2. To monitor all certification related activities and ensure completion of activities in a timebound manner. 3. Correspondence of final reports to MOHFW for final decision making on Quality Certification Status of assessed facilities. 4. Manage the data generated during certification process for the preparation of fact sheets. 5. Preparation of data sets for analysis and putting up for national-level review. 6. Utilize the data generated during the process of Quality certification under NQAS for research on Quality of care. 7. Analysis of data and preparation of graphical presentation. 8. Provide technical assistance to undertake research activities under Certification Unit of QPS division. 9. Support the process of establishing cross references to existing and relevant websites and resource centres; 10. Coordination for National Level External Assessors Training. 11. Mentor the team in the conduct of the National level assessments. 12. Prepare technical documents, including reviews on Health Systems interventions, including policy briefs and reports. 13. Ensure timely and high-quality responses to MoHFW and Parliament Questions pertaining to the division. 14. Provide periodic synopsis of progress in states using data and field findings as a means of technical support and programme oversight. 15. Any other responsibility as allocated by Advisor- CU(QPS). Experience: • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification work experience in NQAS implementation and managing public health/Quality program at the National or State level. • Proficient Knowledge in computer applications How to apply: Candidates are requested to fill the online application correctly which is available on the NHSRC website (http://nhsrcindia.org).
