| Description | 12th March , 10.00 AM - 12.00 PM SpiceJet Ltd., Building No. 321, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurugram -122016 SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join them for the position of Senior Executive - Accounts Payable in our Finance Department on 12th March 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Designation: Senior Executive - Accounts Payable Department: Finance Location: Gurugram Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate with Commerce background. Experience: 3-6 Years Job Responsibilities: End-to-end invoice processing across multiple business domains. Ensure statutory compliance during invoice processing including GST, TDS/WHT, and other applicable taxes for both domestic and overseas vendors. Review and maintain tax declaration documents for overseas vendors such as Form 10F, No PE declaration, TRC, etc. Handle Service Requests related to Accounts Payable activities. Manage GR/IR settlement and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. Process and monitor CAPEX invoices as per company policies. Handle advance payments, adjustments, and tracking. Support monthly provisioning and variance analysis. Provide data and documentation for tax cases and audits (internal/external). Assist in month-end and year-end book closure activities. Perform vendor follow-ups, reconciliation of vendor accounts, and resolve outstanding items. Support management reporting and ad-hoc financial requirements. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles. Working knowledge of GST, TDS/WHT, and international vendor taxation documentation. Experience in vendor reconciliation and audit handling. Good analytical skills for variance analysis and financial review. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience: 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
