Responsibilities Maintain and support the IQ product within the Identity Management system Triage, refine, and manage incidents effectively Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis Fix bugs and verify resolutions Achieve unit test coverage and promote test automation Establish tools to monitor and control SLA adherence Process incoming requests for triage and resolution Support deployment processes, including hotfix releases Collaborate with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing Create and maintain comprehensive documentation Facilitate the change management process Coordinate with client-side support services at various levels Lead the engineering team on a day-to-day basis Requirements 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development Demonstrated competency in managing Support Services with committed SLAs from an engineering perspective Background in working with incident management processes Advanced understanding of ITIL processes Knowledge of Metrics & KPIs Background in Java software development Proficiency in Angular Understanding of engineering excellence principles and best practices Capability to lead large-scale technical teams at the program level Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design principles Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and methodologies Strong communication skills Proficiency in implementing Microservices Nice to have Familiarity with IAM concepts Skills in Continuous Delivery processes Understanding of how to gather production performance metrics through instrumentation Background in AI and Machine Learning principles Technologies Java IAM Microservices Angular |
