Industry/Domain: Demountable partition system; Architects & Interior Decorators; Home Dcor; Soft Furnishing; architecture hardware; or glass industry Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute commercial interior fit-out projects (Glass Partition) including large storefronts, glass partitions, and window installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, knowledge of building codes, and expertise in handling materials, machines, and tools specific to the industry. Qualification: B Tech / BE Location : Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad & Bangalore Skills: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in commercial construction, specifically in storefronts, glass partitions, and interior fit-outs. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, machinery, tools, and installation techniques. Blueprint Reading: Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes and compliance requirements. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing teams and subcontractors. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and implement effective solutions. Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Oversaw the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale commercial interior fit-out projects. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to review and interpret blueprints and architectural and structural drawings. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Sourced and managed materials, tools, and equipment required for glass partitions, storefronts, and interior fit-outs. Lead and communicate effectively with project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
