| Description | Key Responsibilities Design & Architecture Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Define microservices and API design (REST; GraphQL preferred). Build scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure solutions with high availability patterns. Frontend Development Develop SPA with React (Hooks, Context, React Router). Implement state management with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand / Recoil. Drive component library & design systems using Storybook, Material UI, AntD, Tailwind. Optimize for performance (lazy loading, code splitting) and accessibility (a11y). Backend Development Build scalable APIs with Node.js and Express/Koa/NestJS. Work with MongoDB (schema design, indexing, replication, aggregation). Implement authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO). Integrate message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS), caching (Redis/Memcached). DevOps & CI/CD Containerize applications using Docker; deploy to Kubernetes, EKS/AKS/GKE. Implement CI/CD with GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins. Set up monitoring & logging (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana, New Relic, Datadog). Required Skills & Experience Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript (preferred). Advanced React knowledge: hooks, contexts, custom hooks, performance tuning. Deep experience with Node.js/Express and RESTful design. Hands-on with MongoDBindexes, aggregation pipelines, transactions. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP): EC2/Lambda/S3/RDS/EKS. API security and identity management (OAuth2, OpenID Connect). Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD. Strong understanding of Web Security, Performance Optimization, Scalability. Nice-to-Haves GraphQL (Apollo/Hasura), Next.js or Remix. Serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Cloud Functions). Event-driven systems (Kafka/streams), CQRS, Saga patterns. WebSockets, Socket.IO, real-time systems. Monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo). Experience with Design Systems, BFF (Backend For Frontend). MobileReact Native/Expo experience. Exposure to Data Engineering (ETL pipelines) or ML integration. |
