| Description | Role & responsibilities: 1. LT Panels: Operate, maintain, and test LT panels. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to LT panels. 2. Starters and VFDs: Handle various types of motor starters (DOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starters). Configure and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Configure and troubleshoot Soft Starters (SS). 3. Schematics and IEC Norms: Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Hands on Exp on Panel Internal Wiring (Starter Feeders, Instrument Feeders etc.,) Awareness of IEC norms and standards related to LT, Earthing and installations. 4. Instrumentation and PLCs: Maintain and calibrate different types of instruments. Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Input/Output (I/O) cards. Troubleshoot of Instruments and Fault Analysis Reports generation. 5. Electrical Installation: Oversee and execute activities like tray laying, cable routing, cable terminations, and loop checking. Ensure all electrical installations meet safety and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile: Educational Background: Diploma / bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in LT panels, starters, VFDs, schematics, IEC norms, and instrumentation. Proven experience in handling electrical installation activities, tray laying, cable routing, cable terminations, and loop checking. 50-60% of Travel is the basic requirement for this Post. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and IEC standards. Strong knowledge of LT panels, motor starters, and VFDs. In-depth understanding of earthing principles and practices. Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Familiarity with various instruments and calibrating methods. Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. |
