| Description | Job description Teaching & Learning Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Implement the prescribed curriculum while adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential learning. Classroom Management Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment. Establish and maintain routines that support positive behavior and emotional well-being. Observe, assess, and document childrens progress and development regularly. Child Care & Well-being Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of children at all times. Provide emotional support and guidance to help children build confidence and independence. Parent & Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress, needs, and milestones. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events. Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and school leadership to maintain high academic standards. Professional Responsibilities Maintain accurate records, lesson plans, and assessment reports. Participate in training programs, staff meetings, and professional development initiatives. Adhere to school policies, child protection guidelines, and quality standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree Relevant teaching certification or diploma in preschool/early years education. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher (freshers with strong training may be considered). Knowledge of international early years frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori, Reggio Emilia) is an advantage. |
