As a Senior Finance Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as team management, payroll processing, payment processing, financial query resolution and utilising analytical skills to support financial decision-making. Strong communication skills are also essential for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications and RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant, ACCA or CMA preferredMust be based in Indore as this is an on-site job.5 to 7 years of experience in UK accounting and financeStrong working knowledge of Xero and payroll software (mandatory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reportingProven experience in financial analysis and preparation of management reportsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamImmediate joiners will be given preference, as this is an urgent requirement |
