| Description | Qualification : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any relevant field. Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, grant management and/or project management in the international development or research sector. Experience supporting research or program delivery teams and working with cross-functional teams. Experience managing donor compliance, technical and financial reporting. Ability to coordinate with geographically dispersed teams during the donor grant lifecycle. Knowledge of CRM or IT tools such as Salesforce, MS Office. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. |
