| Description | Role: O365 SME Experience: 10-15 years Location- Bangalore & Pune Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and manage enterprise Microsoft 365 (O365) solutions. • Provide L3 support for SharePoint Online/On-Prem, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online issues. • Define O365 and SharePoint architecture, governance models, and best practices. • Lead SharePoint migrations (on-prem to SharePoint Online) using migration tools. • Manage tenant-level configurations, service health, and capacity planning. • Design and implement SharePoint sites, hub sites, permissions, and information architecture. • Implement security, compliance, and data protection policies (DLP, retention, sensitivity labels). • Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). • Troubleshoot complex issues related to authentication, access, sync, and performance. • Collaborate with security, identity, and infrastructure teams (Azure AD/Entra ID). • Create technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks. • Mentor L2 teams and act as a technical SME for Microsoft collaboration services. Required Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and service architecture. • Deep hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019). • Experience on Handling Transition and Due Diligence activities with Customer • Experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business. • Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA. • Experience with SharePoint migrations (ShareGate, Metalogix, Microsoft Migration Manager). • Understanding of Microsoft Purview, compliance, DLP, and retention policies. • PowerShell scripting for O365 and SharePoint administration. • Familiarity with Power Platform integrations. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-104). • Experience supporting 10,000+ user environments. • ITIL Foundation certification. |
