| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Financial Closing & Review Oversee day-to-day accounting and ensure timely monthly closure; review TB, P&L, and Balance Sheet with variance analysis Accounts Receivable & Credit Monitoring Review AR ageing, ECL/provisions, collection plans, and customer reconciliations; monitor advance adjustments Accounts Payable & Outflow Management Review AP ageing, vendor balances, advance knock-offs, and track cash outflow plans Cash Flow & Working Capital Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts; drive working capital efficiency Planning & Projections Prepare AR/AP projections and support quarterly financial reviews Tax & Compliance Review GST input credit and identify gaps in ICT/IDT processes Audit & Controls Act as SPOC for statutory audits; ensure strong documentation and internal controls Team KPIs & Stakeholder Management Monitor finance team KPIs and support business, corporate, and auditor requirements Ad-hoc Analysis Handle management requests and provide financial insights Preferred candidate profile Essential Qualification : CA/ CMA Desirable Qualification : CA Experience : 5-6 years Critical Competencies of Job:- Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, and working capital Experience in AR/AP management and cash flow forecasting Knowledge of GST and indirect tax compliance Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel |
