Role & Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality conversational bots using Google Dialogflow, Yellow.ai, and Kore.ai platforms.

- Implement custom scripting and integration with third-party services to enhance bot functionality.

- Provide technical support and documentation for developed bots

- Adhere to laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, internal and external Standards • Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis
