Key Responsibilities of Role Financial Oversight: Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations within the Airports business, ensuring effective financial management, accuracy in reporting, and alignment with strategic goals. Budget Management: Drive the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational needs and strategic objectives. Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce comprehensive financial policies that ensure consistent practices across the organization, fostering regulatory compliance and supporting long-term financial stability. Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks through the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and frameworks, ensuring the protection of the organization’s financial assets and operations. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts, analyze financial performance, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Audit Management: Oversee and coordinate internal and external financial audits to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to auditing standards and practices. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements, implementing necessary changes to meet evolving standards. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and overall financial performance. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyze industry trends, incorporating best practices and innovative approaches to support the development and execution of effective financial strategies. Brand Positioning: Ensure Adani's brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization's brand and trust within the market and company. Team Development: Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Work Experience: 13-16 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role Proven track record of financial management in the Airports industry |
