Achieve business objectives for the area, meeting value, volume, and channel productivity targets Drive revenue generation through sales of CASA, assets, TFX, and third-party products (e.g., insurance) Lead and mentor Branch Managers, Operations Teams, and Sales Teams Enhance deposit pool and customer engagement across branches Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to audit standards Plan and manage manpower across branches for optimal productivity Improve RM and RO channel performance and service delivery Drive service quality parameters and customer satisfaction across the area Maintain high morale and productivity among branch personnel Establish and uphold standards for customer service excellenceExperience Level Executive Level |
