| Description | Job description Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Coordination Assist in preparing detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials. Conduct pre-execution site assessments and feasibility checks. 2. Site Execution & Supervision Lead and supervise end-to-end site execution activities including civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural work. Monitor daily work progress, manpower utilization, and adherence to technical specifications. Ensure installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and BOS components as per approved drawings. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (CEA, MNRE, IEC). Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of equipment and installations. Ensure documentation of quality checks, work measurements, and site reports. |
