| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Own the end-to-end FP&A cycle for one of the largest BUs — budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly/quarterly close narratives that translate numbers into strategic insight. Serve as the finance co-pilot to the BU Head, embedding yourself in business reviews, and go-to-market decisions — not just reporting on them. Build and maintain dynamic financial models that stress-test revenue scenarios across service lines, geographies, and key client portfolios within the Communications vertical. Drive margin expansion by identifying cost levers, pricing inefficiencies, and resource-mix opportunities — and following through with the operating teams until impact lands on the P&L. Deliver a sharp monthly BU performance pack to leadership with variance analysis, forward-looking KPIs, and a "so-what" commentary layer that accelerates decision-making. Partner with Deal / Presales teams to structure and pressure-test large deal financials, ensuring bids are commercially sound and margin-accretive. Lead working-capital and cash-flow visibility for the BU — DSO tracking, unbilled revenue management, and collections cadence in coordination with the shared-services team. Act as the single-point finance interface during quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting, owning the BU narrative with confidence and clarity including necessary audit support. Champion automation and AI adaptability — replace manual Excel rituals with scalable dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / EPM tools) that give business leaders real-time line of sight. Build, mentor, and retain a high-calibre FP&A team (2–4 analysts), fostering a culture where curiosity about the business matters as much as accuracy in the numbers. |
