| Description | Job description Role & responsibilities Responsible for driving branch revenue through Equity, Derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, PMS, Bonds & Insurance. Lead, hire and manage the team of relationship managers/equity advisors. Handle the complete administration of the branch seamlessly. Supervise complete Branch Operations and achieve targets for AUM, brokerage, client acquisition and activation. Drive branch business growth, revenue generation and profitability in line with organisational goals. Acquire and retain clients while ensuring superior customer service and timely issue resolution. Should have good product/industry information. Monitor productivity, control attrition, coach team members, and build a high-performing culture in the branch. Key Competencies: Ability to build teams, coaching, motivating and conflict resolution skills. Clear communication and strong presentation abilities. Strategic handling of HNI clients and Knowledge of investment products. |
