| Description | Position: Executive Banking Operations Organization: CSC e-Governance Services India Limited Location: Telangana State Office The Executive Banking Operations will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and strengthening banking and financial inclusion services delivered through CSCs across Telangana. The role involves coordination with banking partners, monitoring transaction performance, resolving operational issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) in delivering quality banking services. Key Responsibilities 1. Banking Operations Management • Coordinate between VLEs, District teams and Banking partners for Code creation • Monitor daily banking transactions across CSCs in Telangana. • Ensure smooth functioning of services such as: 2. Coordination with Banking Partners • Liaise with partner banks and financial institutions • Facilitate onboarding of new banking products/ services. • Address escalations and operational bottlenecks. • Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance norms. 3. VLE Support & Capacity Building • Provide operational guidance to VLEs regarding banking services. • Conduct training sessions on banking products, compliance, and fraud prevention. • Assist in grievance redressal and transaction dispute resolution. • Promote best practices in financial service delivery. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track district-wise and CSC-wise banking performance. • Analyze transaction trends and identify growth opportunities. • Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to State Head and Head Office. • Ensure adherence to banking guidelines. • Maintain proper documentation and audit compliance records. 5. Others • Identify opportunities to increase banking penetration through CSCs. • Any other tasks assigned by State team |
