The role involves clinical decision-making, patient management, and adherence to medical protocols, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Patient Management: Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning Prescribe medications and therapies as per clinical protocols Maintain accurate patient records and case history Medical Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and safety standards Follow ethical medical practices and regulatory requirements Participate in audits and quality checks Coordination & Support Work closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and clinical teams Guide junior staff and support multidisciplinary patient care Emergency Handling Attend emergency cases and provide immediate medical care Stabilize patients and coordinate referrals when required Documentation & Reporting Maintain medical records, reports, and compliance documentation Ensure proper patient data management and reporting accuracy Qualification MBBS (Mandatory) AFIH / MD preferred Skills & Competencies Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic ability Patient-centric approach Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in rotational shifts Strong decision-making skills under pressure Job Type: Full Time Salary: Best in the industry (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Joining: Immediate / As per availability Interested candidates may share their updated CV along with current salary, expected salary, and notice period.
