Description	Job description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 24 years of experience in analytics and applied AI/ML. The role requires both independent ownership of analytical tasks and effective collaboration with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Apply data analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business problems and support decision-making. Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases to extract, transform, and analyze data. Use data analytics and visualization tools to perform data cleaning, synthetic data generation, modelling, analysis, and visualization. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and similar tools. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support insights generation. Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into analytical solutions or dashboards. Document analytical processes, insights, and project outcomes clearly and concisely. Support embedding of analytical reports into full-stack applications. Technical Skills Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL /MySQL/ PostgreSQL). Strong Python programming skills with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn and Random Forest. Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard creation. Knowledge of MS Excel, Recharts library for React (nice to have). Analytical Professional Skills Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities. High attention to detail with the ability to detect data patterns and anomalies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills for working effectively with finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
