Job Title: Manager - Finance Location: Noida Sector - 90 Experience: 58 Years Industry: Real Estate Job Description: We are hiring a Manager in Finance professional with experience in the Real Estate sector to manage accounting, compliance, and reconciliations, along with developer and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain general ledger Prepare and analyze P&L statements Manage GST filings, returns, and reconciliations Ensure statutory compliance and support audits Handle TDS deduction, filing, and reconciliation Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and Ledger Reconciliation Manage Developer Reconciliation (payments, advances, outstanding) Handle Vendor Payment Reconciliation and discrepancies Follow up with developers for payments and settlements Ensure timely vendor payments and track receivables Key Skills Required: GST & Statutory Compliance TDS & Taxation Bank & Ledger Reconciliation Developer & Vendor Management General Accounting Strong follow-up & coordination skills Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) Proficient in Tally / ERP / SAP Strong knowledge of MS Excel Salary: As per industry standardsRole & responsibilities |
